Eng. Mohammed Al Shabhi

Eng. Mohammed Al Shabhi is a distinguished visionary in EPC General Contracting, with over 25 years of excellence in design and build. A master of electrical engineering and large-scale infrastructure, hospitality, real estate, and retail developments, he has spearheaded transformative projects aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Renowned for his strategic acumen, he excels in commercial management, contracts, and agile execution, seamlessly integrating design, supply chain, and construction to drive operational excellence. His leadership spans both public and private sectors, holding esteemed positions such as Chief Commercial Officer and Projects Director at NESMA Infrastructure.
A catalyst for innovation and high-performance cultures, Eng. Al Shabhi merges technical mastery with strategic foresight. With a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from King Abdul Aziz University, he continues to shape the future of Saudi Arabia’s engineering and construction landscape with precision and impact.
Eng. Istabraq Al Janabi
Chief Strategy & Development Officer
Eng. Istabraq Al Janabi has over 30 years of experience in construction and development across the Middle East and Canada. He has successfully delivered major projects including the Palm Island Projects, International City in Dubai, and Diriyah Gate developments in Saudi Arabia, among others.
He holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and in LEED AC Building Design and Construction. Eng. Istabraq is a member of several professional organizations, including PMI, ICC, USGBC, and ASCE.
His contributions have earned him numerous industry accolades, such as Best Contractor of the Year (2014), Best Hospitality Contractor of the Year (2015), and the Marine and Environmental Engineering Career Achievement Award. With a multidisciplinary background in engineering, project management, and corporate strategy, Ahmed brings a rare combination of analytical precision and creative insight.
He leads the development and implementation of performance frameworks that drive operational excellence and long-term value creation. Simultaneously, he oversees the company’s brand, media presence, and corporate communications to ensure every message—internally and externally—reflects the company’s vision, values, and commitment to excellence.
